Terms of Service

1. The service
Complaix Technologies OÜ operates Complaix, a software-as-a-service platform for AI workflow governance and EU AI Act readiness. By creating an account and accessing the service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the service.
2. Legal entity
Complaix is operated by Complaix Technologies OÜ, registry code 17537879, registered office Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415, Estonia. The company’s financial year is 1 January - 31 December, share capital is EUR 1, and registered activity is Computer programming activities (62101).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, enabling two-factor authentication where available, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. You must be authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
4. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or resell the service, and will not upload content that is unlawful, violates third-party rights, or contains malware.
5. Subscription and billing
Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Customer data and confidentiality
You own your customer data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
7. Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. Scheduled maintenance may be performed outside EU business hours. Support is available via support@complaix.eu.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Complaix Technologies OÜ, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
